G B Pant High Altitude Zoo Nainital

 Nainital Zoo :-G B Pant High Altitude Zoo or Govind  Bhallab Pant zoo Nainital located in Uttrakhand district Nanital.

 It is established in 1984. Open from 1 June 1995 for tourists. G B Pant was an Indian freedom fighter.   The Nainital zoo is home to various wonderful and amazing species like a Himalayan bear, leopard cat, Barking Deer, Royal Bengal Tiger, Sambar, Tibetan wolves.

It is also a house of various birds like step eagle, golden Pheasant, Hill partridge, white Peafowl, etc.
